Java Sr.Technical Lead

Role: Sr. Technical Lead / Jr.Architect - Java
Candidates with minimum of 8-12 years of experience.
Should have definite experience in build and config management. Unfortunately in most bigger companies, people don’t get exposure to these skills.
Should have lead teams of size 3-6 before.
Should have strong code review skills
Should have experience in capturing Metrics
Should be to prepare WBS for development tracks and should be able to estimate using WBS, be it development or maintenance track.
Should have prior experience in interacting with customers.
