We are looking for candidates with 8-12 years of experience who are ready for the role Sr.Tech Lead / Jr.Architect.

· They should have worked in larger volume project – say in a tem 20-30 size

· Should have strong programming - Design & Development, Debugging experience and excellent problem solving skills using MS.NET technology
· Good understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes and various process models
· OOAD using an UML design tool
· Good knowledge and hands on experience in C# and .Net 3.5
· SQL Server 2005 or above
· Understanding of MVP, MVC and MVVM patterns
· Documentation skills (especially technical documentation)
· Working knowledge of EXTJS, Web service
· Ability to understand requirements and getting low level details
· Estimation skills, Scope and schedule management
· Identify and participate in Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) discussions
· Responsible for implementing (coding to system testing)
· Participate in design reviews and architecture meetings
· Client Negotiation skills
· Exposure to Performance tuning and optimization including exposure to profiler tool
· Unit Testing
· Understanding and experience with Agile
· Architecture and Database Modeling skills
· Exposure to Application Security Concepts
· Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio suite of products
· Experience with WCF, WPF, ADO.NET, LINQ, Ajax
· Understanding of Firewalls, Load Balancers would be a plus
· TFS for managing various life cycle activities (version control, build automation, work items for tracking, etc.)
· JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML
· Ability to communicate effectively with the team the technical/client requirements
· Mentoring software programmer
· Keeps the team motivated by using efficient ways to challenge them using new or efficient technologies
· Contributor in defining career path for technical team
