Title: Come sell for a SUPER HOT Hollywood USA-based company (Outbound).
Position: Senior TeleMarketing Executive, available for immediate joining
Job Description: You will make calls to *sell* prospective customers on a range of virtual and physical products and services, update the CRM and call disposition for each call, and make and take follow-up calls.

Compensation:

* Base Salary = INR 3,00,000+ Unlimited Incentives, including...
* Daily Bonus (realistic) = INR 500-1,000+ (no limits)
* Joining Bonus = INR 20,000
* Monthly Bonuses, Quarterly Bonuses, Annual Bonuses, Referral Bonuses...Bonuses, Bonuses, Bonuses…!!! (cash and non-cash)

Shifts:
* 2 USA shifts
* Daylight Savings Time Schedule: 6:30PM-3AM; 1AM-9:30AM
You:
* LOVE to sell, especially on the phone
* Have ALWAYS outsold everyone you've worked with and been the number one sales person
* Have at least 2+ years USA/USA English-based outbound sales and/or upselling experience
* Have worked for 2+ years in outbound to generate/close sales from the beginning to the end of the sales process
* Are a great listener and strategic thinker on the phone, able to draw out and understand customer's hopes, dreams, desires and needs; and convince them that the solution you're selling satisfies those needs
* Have a highly perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problems and overcome objections in real-time
* Build relationships with the customers you sell to, often long term relationships through high quality, honest selling
* Are a super intelligent quick learner
* Sound energetic, passionate and enthusiastic on the phone
* Are aggressive, highly competitive, and handle pressure very well
* Are a team player who freely shares with and adopts knowledge and improvements from fellow team members
* Have a basic knowledge of computers and business applications like MS Word
